Nuget package is out of dated

Open.Nat on nuget was last updated at 30.07.2016.
And .Net Standard support was added only in 2018, so we can't use this lib in .Net Core using NuGet package.

@lontivero how can I upload new version of Open.NAT to nuget with pull request?
Account holder should to rebuild package and upload it, as I understand.

I will upload the package but I don't have time to create the package and test it.
