Load time for visualization

Hello!

I know this isn't the right repo, but the custom_visualizations_v2 has been archived. I have a custom visualization in Looker where all of the content, including the graph, loads very quickly. But the custom viz loading spinner in Looker is still spinning for ~a minute -- that's the 60s of dead time until the tile view is visible. And then after that to trigger an async update, I (as the user/viewer of the dashboard) have to physically do something to trigger the update (or render the graph, in other words).

I don't have control over the spinner or tile load times, so who can I talk to at Looker about this/where can I flag the issue? Support was unable to help because they can't help out with custom viz, although this is really adjacent to custom visualizations, given that I have no control over anything outside of the sandboxed iframe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
