The Great City Of Winterhold (TGCoW) was overhauled in v4.0 with a new filename, The Great City of Winterhold v4.esp, so some updates will need to be made to accommodate this:

• V4 should be marked as incompatible with earlier versions, i.e., The Great City of Winterhold.esp
• V4 can be used with The Great Cities - Minor Cities and Towns (TGC MCT) with a patch (TGC Winterhold - The Great Cities patch, i.e., TGC Winterhold - The Great Cities patch.esp), so a patch message should be added
• A patch for Obscure's College of Winterhold (OCW) & TGCoW v4 is available (TGC Winterhold - Obscure's College of Winterhold Patch, i.e., TGC Winterhold - OCW Patch.esp) & likely supersedes OCW's TGC MCT patch (i.e., OCW_TGCs_FEPatch.esp) when using TGCoW v4 with TGC MCT, so:
  • They should be marked as incompatible
  • It's patch message should be disabled in that circumstance
