Day not being displayed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The day ( Monday, Tuesday...) is being displayed properly online at
http://demo.mobiscroll.com/
2.When the same code is downloaded and run, the day is not displayed, only the
month, date and year.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be mm-D-dd-yy
I tried changing all references to dateOrder: 'mmD ddy' but nope. Not working.
