Minimum and Maximum selectable time (on a daily basis)

It is possible to set a minimum and maximum date, but on top of that it would
be very nice if it were also possible to limit the minimum and maximum
selectable time on a daily basis.
So for example no matter what day, you can only select times between 9am and
5pm.
