my ttgo v1 is stucked at INFO/Smart beacon is off screen. is it a known issue ?

I had the same problem. GPS reset fixed it.

Build & Upload the "TTGO-T-Beam_GPS-reset" project to the board, wait for a few minutes and then Build & Upload the "LoRa_APRS_Tracker" again.
