improve web UI

Currently the web UI design is a little too inflexible and ugly.

There are a few reasons to make the improvement necessary:

  • More items could be added in the future (such as option for NTP server; switch for LoRaWAN NS or MQTT server etc.)
  • It could be accessed from either PC or cellphone.
  • Does it make sense to add some basic help information?

So changing it to be more flexible (and a little pretty) would be useful. On the other hand, this function is not used so much, so it shouldn't cost too much (flash and RAM) in order to be perfect.
