Focus on selected item with live-search

I have a problem using search with version 2.4.0. I write a keyword in the search box and I select an element not immediately visible; when you delete from live-search some chars, it could happen that the selected item becomes hidden, you cannot see it anymore (I have a long list with almost 100 elements).
I correct the issue adding two lines in nya-bs-select.js:
Could you please patch this fix or solve the bug somehow? Thanks in advance.
