Create new conference based on pre-existing conference

Administrators should have the option to create a new conference based on a pre-existing conference to avoid some redundant user input.

e.g. tags should be M2M'd w/ the new conference

This is not a complete feature/idea, we need to see what data should be migrated in the process after the MVP is done.
