Neural network suggest illegal bid very strongly

We have some situations, where the neural network suggest a bid, that is not valid. Mostly seen during the last rounds, when bidding slams.

But here we have a more strange example.

Now it is a matter of style and both 2H and 4H can be right

4H is fine with me.

The problem is now, that when the bidding continues

Understandable the Bot would prefer to play a level lower, but how has it learned that bid?
