Respawn Animation not Networked

Windows 10 (not specific to OS I believe.)
Issue description:
After player dies on Multiplayer, Death animation does not play, only on local machine.
Steps to reproduce:
Multiplayer game. Kill your buddy. Watch him flash forever most times.
