Feature: show country of fabrication and assembly

My proposition: focus on frame origin, and not just assembly.

So far I'm quite sure the Muli, Yoonit and Cargo Verso are made outside of Asia. I'm not sure about the others.

Feedbacks welcome.

Current solution is not ideal for bikes such as the Jean Fourche (which the company contributed recently!): 80% of its parts are made in Europe, the bike is assembled in Bordeaux, France, but it shows the Portuguese flag quite preeminently next to its name (since the frame is made in Portugal):

Maybe we should show the country of design & assembly as well ? Personally, I feel that the country or origin of the frame is a defining element, but it would be great to praise efforts that go in the right direction./

Added assembled_in info, so that each bike can have the frame_made_in and the assembled_in field filled.
