Reduce tag filtering (on click, area) to a tag text itself/only

Often when clicking node to enter it (display its tree) it clicks the tag (e.g. when it's at the end) even if clicking outside of it (as long as its on the same (base)line

It happens too frequently (especially on single-line items). I reckon/hope it wouldn't take much time to fix this and it would help a lot
