Dynasties need fixing

Here's the output of Validator, Dynasties option selected. I'm posting it as an issue because I'm not good at dynasties, characters, relatives etc.

The cultures are awaiting @EmperorEnlil . Duplicates IDs need to be removed, but I'm not sure they exist in practice, it rather refers to something else?
So Enlil is still developing this mod?
Of course Enlil is still developing the mod. He is the lead developer, but he is probably busy elsewhere at the moment.
