Suggestion: Allowing wallpapers to extend to top & bottom toolbars

Hiya, just wondering if it's feasible to have both the toolbars be covered by the wallpaper for overall congruence. i've seen some people using a workaround of chopping an image into 3 parts and then reattaching them, but that method isn't possible with an animated background.

Makes sense. Hiding the top causes issues, I don't want to deal with that. But hidding the bottom seems fine.
