ECS-Lua works in any engine that uses Lua and its pretty neat. Maybe include it here?

I think this should belong to awesome-lua instead, but there've been some libraries (e.g. tween libraries) which doesn't necessarily require LOVE for its functionality, as such can be used in another engine that uses Lua, yet added here.

If you really want it to be added to this repository instead, feel free to send pull request and I'll merge it.

i think lua libraries that does not require love but are helpful in gamedev should be included (I just added a pr for one like that :)
