Level of headings

Hi, thanks for developing this awesome program! I am now using it to prepare an academic paper, and I am running into some issues with headers. While header 1 (#) and header level two (##) works as expected, levels 3- and more (###) are simply treated as plain text, see example structure below;
Title
Methods
Procedure
By plain text I mean that is is just included as a paragraph, e.g., ### Procedure. This and that was done. ### Instruments. We measured height in cm.... Rather than producing sub-headers which I expected.
Is this an issue related to docdown you think?
Hi! I've just run a file with four levels of headers and paragraphs between them through DocDown and it worked as expected. Are you using the bundled version of Pandoc or one installed locally on your machine (and if so, which version?) Could you also put your test file into pastebin or a gist?
