TinyMCE instances aren't being destroyed correctly

I’ve been observing significant slow-down in the CMS after editing a number of pages, which is fixed by a hard refresh. It looks like this is caused by more and more TinyMCE instances appearing in memory on each page load - I suspect they’re not being destroyed correctly on “remove”.
