quick start guide references missing files

I was keen to test out this project, but the quick start guide references some files which appear to be missing. Maybe excluded .gitignore?

source .envs/.local/.django     # environment variables for Django as well as Docker
source .envs/.local/.postgres   # PostgreSQL host, db, user, pwd

in the meantime i'll try making my own with cookiecutter.

That is correct, you have to add these yourself. here are examples of both
