add api changelog somehow? could we make it easier for others to track their API changes?

  • Help enforce add/change/remove? and/or lint somehow?
  • openapi diff tool?

Mostly resolved through the ability to manage a base spec from files (ref e1a3330).

Will also provide references to changelog/diffing tools.
