migrate_home.sh Comments don't get ignored.

When a line is valid (doesn't start with hash #), but has a hash later down the line (normally as part of a comment), that does not get ignored.

Side effect of this would of course be that a requested path can't contain a hash preceded by a space. This would also need to be mentioned in the known limitations of help.
