ChatGPT官方api获取太麻烦了，所以能不能添加自定义其它api接口地址的功能

一直都可以啊,自己指定api_endpoint改成第三方接入点就行了，具体配置：
[openai]
api_endpoint = "https://xxxx"
[[openai.accounts]]
api_key = "sk-xxxx"
model = "xxxx"
