Describe the bug
The transcript displays quotes as ", instead of as ".
This seems to be due to HTML encoding, so other characters may also be encoded, such as &.

Expected behavior
The transcript should display quotes as ".
Additional context
Because there is punctuation in the transcript, the transcript seems to be not auto-generated.
