Missing select all / none button

This release is missing the select all / none link at the bottom of the results.php page as the 1.9 version had.
The Delete and Failures pages need this as well, correct?
This may need to be done in javascript for the results page since we no longer save queries.
Is that a problem?
Yes. JS balks at thousands of courses.

It really shouldn't with jquery on a somewhat modern machine.
Have we tested it with jquery? I don't remember. I don't think we have.
Is it worth testing or just go with a page load redoing the db calls?
Let's try jquery.
The last time we used JS for this it crashed my browser. (Chrome)
