Add nomentbl package features

Frank Mittelbach suggested adding nomentbl features to nomencl package. I would like to try this if you are ok with it

Hi Boris. Yes, I would be ok with this. I haven't actively developed this package for some time now, and I have't turned my hand to LaTeX much recently, either, so I don't think I would be the best person to implement this. But if Frank wants to create a pull request towards the develop branch, then I would be happy to review it.

Ok, sure, if you're happy to work on it. I only created this GitHub repo because the old one on Sarovar seems to have been taken down, so as far as I'm aware, this is the only place that the source code exists.
