UX improvements

• Timer.clearAlert() should be called when the timer is reset using the keyboard.
• Timer.reset() should never start the timer automatically.
• If the timer fires the alarm, Timer.reset() should be able to restart to the original value instead of restarting to 0s.
• Reset the audio before restarting the counter
