Website hasn't been updated since 5.13 release

Luanti.org still has download links for 5.12, not 5.13.
Once all the release are made this can be done, see pr from last release
the apk releases have not been made. i have mentioned this to ruben
Website could probably be updated right away while waiting to update the APK download links - the update checker is disabled on Android anyway so there shouldn't be any confusing UX about an update being available that doesn't exist yet there

if nothing is done by this time tommorrow, ill make a pr to that effect
