The current run.zsh has issues for preprocessing in ace2004.

To fix it,

  1. change java -cp ".:../stanford-corenlp-full-2015-04-20/* to java -cp ".:../common/stanford-corenlp-full-2015-04-20/*
  2. delete &>! log & in adjust offsets
