Button frame count isn't precise

On standard 60hz games, when you hold a buttom for a second, the frame count should be around 60, but instead, it's a way lower count.

Probably an option to determine how many ms of the button being held down to count for a frame would be ideal.

This project is very old and not well-optimized for modern games, I will release a new version soon
