To get Laravel 5.3 out of the box we need a new release I think. Thanks!

@bart thanks for raising, had the 5.3 branch up but missed the merge with master 😄

It is now 5.3 by default (if you do not specify a version on installation such as lucid-arch/laravel=5.2)
