can't get it to work

I tried my best soldering the board and preparing the rpi etc but the display stays black. How can I debug this?

Maybe one can see some obvious mistakes on the pictures. Apart from the wire I put in there because I damaged a trace on the board. Oh and the two tiny resistors to make up for a big one I didn't have. :P
