.calibre is copied from the <body> styles in an EPUB, e.g. https://dl.daisy.org/web/whitepapers/Time_to_Use_the_Modern_Digital_Publishing_Format.epub from https://daisy.org/info-help/time-to-use-the-modern-digital-publishing-format/

.x-ebookmaker is in the Project Gutenberg books.
