We've had outstanding PR's for half a year. No commits to the repo for nearly a year. I've tried contacting the author over email with no response. A shame..

Any known good forks? Or should we create one?

I think a proper fork makes sense.

Has anyone taken over this project yet?

Hi guys. Sorry, but I have a lot of stuff on my plate. Excuse me for the lack of response. Does anyone want to take over? I'll gladly grant access.

Does anybody else want it? If not, I'll take over and start working through the issues and PRs. I've used the regular version of bs-daterangepicker and since I'm converting the site to Angular, I would like to use something like this.

I'll bring you in, @timdockins, you can take over the project and keep the same repo, or fork your own (in that case I think it'd be cool to update the README and let the people know this project is being maintained at the new repo).

Hello everyone. I'm Alan James and for the short term I have taken over the project to close as many issues as I can and progress the project.

If you have any questions please contact me.

While I am very busy I hope to help with this project as much as I can.
