Not every mail has this issue.
I can duplicate this issue when sending a mail without any contents from my iphone.
Please help. Thank you!

Environment:
Redmine version 2.6.3.stable
Ruby version 2.0.0-p353 (2013-11-22) [i386-linux]
Rails version 3.2.21
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2

Could you try Redmine 4.0.x with the plugin from https://github.com/octoquad/redmine_email_fetcher and let me know if you still have the problem?

I realize, that moving from Redmine 2.6.3 to 4.0.2 might be a big leap, but you might find that most mail related bugs will be fixed, perhaps even yours. You will also benefit from security related fixes for Ruby, Rails and Redmine as well.
