Elasticsearch to drop default JSONP from 1.3

Make sure Bigdesk try to use AJAX (with CORS) if JSONP not allowed.

Came here to express my support for this. Bigdesk has been an invaluable tool for me personally, and I would only consider upgrading to Elasticsearch 1.3 if I knew there was Bigdesk support.

It is now included in Bigdesk v2.5.0 tag (I will update release notes shortly).
