Empty graphics in bigdesk plugin

I have installed bigdesk, but there are a few graphic that i cant see, for example:

CPU vendor: n/a
CPU model: n/a
CPU total logical cores: n/a
CPU cache: n/a

Process
Total: 100%
Process:

File system
Writes: n/a
Reads: n/a
Write: n/a

Also i can see the Experimental cluster Pack diagram

Any suggestion??
