Win64 version of BFGMiner closes immeadiately after start

Hello!
I use Windows 7 x64 Home edition.
First I tried to use BFGMiner version 5.5.0 for x64 windows. But it closes immediately after start. Also, I tried to run it with admin access and from console. When I run it from console it doesn't print any output.
But then I tried win32 version of BFGMiner, and it starts successfully.
Why win64 version doesn't work?

Same issue in windows 10 x64

Same issue as well. I also tried building from source using 64-bit libraries, but that was an impossible nightmare for me that took months with no success.
