This other github-page seems to have an overlapping set of Agencies.
Perhaps it's maintainer should be contacted for collaboration.

Good idea, Thanks. Yes, there is overlap, but we are at state level... I was trying to be more broad than just federal - and make it more of a gov GitHub evangelism tool than a directory.

Sure.
Perhaps if they actively maintain their page it can be linked to as a resource for federal level accounts and you can abandon all federal level cataloguing efforts in good conscience.
