Save in the correct OS cache location

Home folder dot files are out of hand! It would be better if this module instead saved to the preferred operating system locations for cache content.

A module like https://github.com/sindresorhus/env-paths or https://github.com/sindresorhus/xdg-basedir makes it very easy to find that path. Would you be open to changing the default to one of these alternate locations?

Hey, no thank you :) I understand the concern, but changing this would be breaking for all current users of gittar.

While it may be annoying to hand yet-another dot-directory inside homedir, it's obvious. Having hidden config directories buried inside other locations is far more annoying, especially when it comes time for spring cleaning.

However, this (along with existing, long-standing issues) did inspire me to make it configurable.

I'll close this in favor of that ticket & get to it this weekend for a minor release. I think it should satisfy your needs & concerns :D
