Feature Request: Add command to copy the current statistics

Hello, it would be really lovely to have a command to copy the current vault statistics either to the clipboard or simply output them in the current note.

I want to add these stats to my weekly notes (and maybe draw some graphs later) so it would be really neat if I could just call a command, paste all the current stats and then format it the way I like it.

For the time being I can of course just grab the data from the JSON file.
