Implement accessories

Nothing to do with accessories is implemented

I think accessories should do the following things:
- Passively increase derived stats (Never base stats) while equipped
- Resistances and immunities whenever differentiators are created (Likely when magic is implemented)
- Add differentiators to attacks
- change RNG (Big redesign required for that)
