What is meant by "Index title and URL of internal tabs"?

Folks, I've just found the tool today and am running it on MS Edge, thanks for it. On opening it though, there's a prompt at the top (of your UI) asking, "Index title and URL of internal tabs?" But there is no discussion in the help page, FAQ, reviews or any issues here of what is meant by "internal tabs".

If/when you may answer this here, I hope you will please also consider adding a discussion in the FAQ, since that's made so prominently available in the extension's UI. (Even better would be if you could make the reference in that question be a link on the word "internal tabs" to such a discussion of it as you may add.)

I'll continue to explore the interesting-looking extension. I hit a different issue that I'll raise separately.
