Remove settings that can be changed in the Options UI

Probably a good idea to remove these from the .cfg files so things like shadow quality, etc. don't get overwritten, adn they can be changed in the options UI.

I wouldn't remove them, but make them optional instead.

Personally I would like it if there was a separate file for the extra options. Might be a bit of work, but I think choice is always good.

I can comment them out. However I don't see the need to have them in the config when they can be set in the UI.

I once had a similar, self-made config. My reasoning on why I included them was, because I always want them to be like that. I don't ever want to set the in the UI or worry if they're still configured like that after I reinstall DotA or when I play on another account. This will be especially important for people going to LANs.

I think having them in the .cfg files set is easier for folks that don't want to touch the game UI on a fresh install or when moving between computers.

These settings kinda depend on the computer and having them set from the cfg file is a rare case. For most of the people, most of the times, it should not be in cfg. As such, keeping them in cfg but default commented out is best, imo.

That can be done.

I would suggest having them in a separate config file and I I commenting-out that exec command by default.

I'll probably empty the file and add another file there with my setup for those interested
