It appears the ID is now 2643 and the NB route is called LAVACA & 4TH (if we care about this) i dont see this bug on the SB route called REPUBLIC SQUARE STATION

Yep, the issue is the stop ID hasn't been updated. I checked the latest GTFS data from capmetro and socrata and neither have the new stop ID. I'll send them an email.

CapMetro should have this fixed soon ("within a few days"). In the meantime, #164.
