Figuring out estimated travel time
- avg. speed / distance
- sum of the avg. travel time between stops
google maps distance matrix(sean bean's folly) travel time of the bus that just did the same trip
Store the data as 801_s_times.json. Indexed by stop_sequence.

CapMetro has published their own Trip Updates feed now.
Transitime is generating trip updates.
