Possibly something to do with steam's controller support. Can still use trackpad as mouse.

Also, create LUX_STEAM_DECK env variable and function for if on a steam deck.
Test mgmt tool in desktop mode, fix dpi scaling in desktop mode (maybe check real desktop size)
