Animations do not start in ios7

Hi

Just tried your examples on the latest version of ios, both safari and chrome. Nothing happens. No errors. Matrix transformation isn't applied, css transformations do not work too.

It's not only iOS, but also Safari 7

Have To debug, but it's either CSS or requestAnimationFrame

tested on ios7 safari and chrome, works.
