I noticed the first error, I guess it may be the reason of the kernel, Ubuntu is 6.2 kernel, the wifi is working after installation, and Debian is 6.1 can i fix it by updating kernel?
my device is Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Device b852

when i try to install firmware-realtekthe wifi star to work really exciting

No, the kernel version has nothing to do withyour problem. The messages in your first post show that NO firmware was available. Installing the correct firmware fix the problem. My guess is that Ubuntu had the package "realtek-firmware", or some similar name, installed, but that Debian does not. Resolve that issue by finding the correct package, or by following the instructions in README.md, and your wifi will work.
