How can I donate to this project?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Visit the website and look for the donate button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally, I would see a "donate to this project" button with a link to paypal.


Please provide any additional information below.

Basically, I think that this program rocks and I would love to help development 
by donating money to the development team.  Please can you add a button to do 
this and I will send you some money.  I'm sure it would be useful for you :)

There is a donate button in the application itself if that alleviates the 
problem at all. It leads to the [donation 
page](http://pencil.evolus.vn/Donation.aspx).

The same page can be reached by clicking the "supporting its development" link 
on the evoluspencil homepage. I have to admit that it doesn't shout  "Give us 
your money" as clearly as it could.
