lxqt/lxqt-wayland-session

pure wayland without xorg

Closed this issue · 3 comments

I tried it with pure wayland, i.e, without xorg, it couldn't start.

Please add more details: distro, setup, what happens on tty with startlxqtwayland, compositor used.

I did yay -R xorg-server sddm sddm-conf-git and no issue restarting the session with greetd.

Removing xorg-server-common wants to remove those on arch:

Parabola, based on ArchLinux. Maybe the package in Parabola repo is too old?

The wayland session (will be released in a month) is not yet in arch, it's in AUR. You need all packages from AUR.
